 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or deposit.
  • Full payment or a 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Unconfirmed bookings may be automatically released after 24 hours.
  • We accept cash, mobile money, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s rate.
  • Early departures are non-refundable.

Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
  • Baby cots are available on request (subject to availability).

Smoking Policy

  • Cape Haven Heritage Hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all guest rooms and indoor public areas.
  • Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
  • A cleaning fee may apply for violations.

Pets

  • For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.

Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in guest rooms or hotel facilities.
  • Our restaurant and bar offer a wide selection of meals, beverages, and snacks.

Loss & Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not secured in the in-room safe or hotel safe at reception.
  • Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
